For a long time, we stood almost motionless in an energy we could not free ourselves from. Devoid of zest for life, with limp muscles, unable to move forward.

Because everything we had wanted to understand – why our lives were not moving forward – was now being revealed through our muscles and our entire bodies.

And suddenly, there was no longer any question about why we had felt pushed aside.

What powerful bonds these are, shaping our present and our future! All the while, our minds had been deceiving us into believing that we had let go long ago.

So what is this immense force that holds us back? It is precisely what so many popular science books have only blurred in the mind. Making what could have been understood unreadable, they offered a creative explanation that kept the familiar state of affairs intact.

Experiencing energies is wonderful. I have always wanted to see them and understand their nature, because we are all interconnected and constantly influencing one another.
