Honest Courage — The Moment of Awakening

One truth — one answer among many, dear questioner.
Existence is not the same as merely functioning or surviving. Functioning is fueled by fear, by systems such as expectations and obligations — by the program constructed in the mind.

The same mental program also uses despair and anger to alienate us from ourselves again.
In other words: “I try to appear…”, “I try to behave according to…”.
The mind simply continues to run the old pattern — and behaves according to it.

Why would this be ridiculous? It took immense courage to write it down.
Why would it be pitiful? It was honest — and it trusted that an answer would come to what is happening within right now.

You are already observing yourself from the outside!
You are not “losing your mind”. Not at all. You are simply searching for something — something you THINK you can experience again through “substances” or tools. And yes, it happens — because finally, the mind becomes quiet. In those moments, you float lightly — the emptiness and loneliness dissolve… but afterward, an even greater sense of lack appears.

The truth is that the floating state you are searching for is already available to us — without any tools, substances, or even meditation.
This is exactly the experience we humans chose — all eight billion of us: to rediscover, here in the physical body, through the voice of the soul, our spiritual nature — and through this, balance is restored.

What if the path is not about trying to become someone else —
but simply about being the person you already are?

That is enough.
Exactly as you are — perfect.

With love,
