which hits the (nervous) system like a battering ram,
rattling in the heart like a telegraph,
knocking the body to the ground.
Maybe you are looking for explanations
and blaming the unpredictable weather,
which lately resembles the state of the world itself.
Or images from the past roll before your eyes,
questioning former decisions,
accusing you.
Just welcome these thoughts.
Do not stop them.
Simply observe what hidden emotions accompany them.
How do I know this is so?
Because these activating light codes have arrived collectively.
And it may sound strange to say,
but this is what we have been waiting for.
A supernatural assistance
that does not come only from outside,
but rises from within.
Just as the glowing mass deep inside a volcano breaks to the surface,
everything we buried deep within begins to emerge.
The boiling sediment,
the ungrieved, misunderstood, unloved parts of us,
the emotional cemetery of our past.
This is not a breakdown.
This is an ascent.
Back to ourselves.
Toward a new perspective,
a new level of consciousness
we have finally matured into.
And if you feel like you are falling apart right now,
believe me: these are no longer the cradles of old ruins.
These are new patterns breaking through.
And you are the one allowing them to pass.
If emotions overflow,
if your body, your heart, your dreams
