As an energy practitioner, a few years ago I was given the opportunity to experience, on the physical plane, what happens when we die.
Death—something so many fear and therefore often treat as taboo—showed a completely different face when experienced from within.

My heartbeat and breathing became louder and louder, as if something inside wanted to break free. Yet my body felt no pain. My soul—condensed energy—was preparing to leave the closed physical space, with the force of a battering ram.

I heard every breath. I observed how the heartbeat paused longer, became more sparse, slowed down… and I knew what was coming.
The final breath.

But there was no fear.
Only peace. Infinite, deep peace.

I was in a strange, floating trance filled with anticipation. It was light, weightless bliss—like the feeling of knowing you are just about to arrive home.

I felt it clearly: I was not disappearing. I was present. I WAS. I EXISTED.

Energy becomes free again, without boundaries.
Death is not an end, but a transition. A reunion with the whole of existence.

Uplifting. Cathartic.

It is no coincidence that those who return are no longer afraid.
And it is no coincidence that they felt happiness.

They came back.

Have you ever had a moment when you felt: you are more than your body?
